	Oak  Shorter flame than mixed HWD, but a hot ember fire.  Long lasting, high BTU fire.  Generally 16'' length also 12-14'' length for stoves.
	Cherry Fruity aroma and medium BTU rating.  Generally 16'' length.
	Hickory ''Green wood" for smoking (Restaurant Quality).  Seasoned wood for a long lasting hot fire with a nice hickory aroma.
	Birch White Birch from Wisconsin or Michigan.  Birch is a softer wood and goes well with Oak.  Easy to light with a nice blue flame.

Mixed Hardwood

Maple, Mulberry, Locust, Oak and other hardwoods (No pine or Spruce).  A Rip-Roaring fire.  Also available in  10''-14'' lengths.

Cherry, Birch, Hickory + Mix

10%-15% of premium wood added to mixed hardwood.  A very nice combo!
